Holistic Developmental Support Our Available Services

We’re an Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) licensed group home in Lutz, FL, just outside of Tampa. We provide 24-hour specialized care for individuals with low functioning/high medical needs with APD waivers and pediatrics. If you’re unfamiliar with the APD waiver, here’s a link:

We provide 24-hour nursing care to assist with a variety of medical needs. All of our staff are trained/certified in CPR, med administration, G/T-tube care, total parenteral nutrition, and ventilator care (just to name a few). We are considered a less restrictive environment, and our staff-to-patient ratio is 1 to 2 for optimal patient care. Our ownership team consists of healthcare providers with years of experience advocating and providing care for patients. At this time, our residential group homes provide services to the most medically fragile patients from 5 years old to 90+ with the APD waiver.
